    • This inverter features single-phase 220V output and does not directly supply 110V/120V power.
    • It is not compatible with 120V-only appliances, nor does it support parallel connections or phase-splitting configurations in certain regions of the United States.
    • Its output is fixed at single-phase 230V (within the 220V-240V standard range) and does not include a 110V AC output.

    • For use with 110V/120V American household appliances, you will need to add a step-down transformer (not included) to convert the 220V/240V output to 110V/120V.
    • This allows simultaneous operation of your 110V/120V devices with the inverter.

    • To ensure optimal performance, it is critical to select a battery with sufficient capacity based on your specific load requirements and usage scenarios.
    • Insufficient battery capacity may cause operational issues, while over-sizing could lead to unnecessary energy waste.

  • Can the inverter communicate with the batteries?

    Our inverters can only communicate with our brand's lithium batteries, not with other batteries.

  • What types of batteries can be used?

    Supports lead-acid, gel and lithium batteries.The default setting is to connect the battery, set item 05 as USE according to the manual, then adjust the lithium battery parameters from items 26/27/29

  • Which battery sizes can be connected? Are there capacity requirements?

    6.2KW connect four 12 V batteries, no less than 100AH, to prevent the low power from starting the machine, 200AH is recommended.

  • How many solar modules should be connected? What is the recommended input voltage?

    The maximum input voltage is 500Vdc, the nominal voltage is 120Vdc-450Vdc; due to light duration and external factors, an input voltage of 300Vdc-400Vdc is recommended for normal start-up.

  • What is a double AC output?

    Primary and secondary outputs are normally used in normal situations, when there is no photovoltaic or grid power, the primary circuit is switched off and only the secondary output is maintained to save energy.
