Does this have a low-temperature shutdown function?
Yes, it does. It features low-temperature charging (below 32℉) and discharging (below 5℉) cut-off protection for LiFePO4 batteries (not for sealed), preventing damage to your valuable batteries.
Do I need to be connected to the internet or cellular networks when using the app control?
No, our app control and monitoring is via Bluetooth connection. As long as your phone is within range of the Bluetooth device (10m/33ft), you can access and connect to monitor and adjust settings.
What size wire can be connected to this charge controller?
We recommend using 2 AWG or larger wire. When it comes to cable gauges, the lower the gauge number, the thicker the wire.
Why is my controller flashing the error message E02?
E02 flashes when the controller detects relatively high voltages. When a Li battery is fully charged, its BMS generates a high voltage (about 18V) and then stops charging. This does no harm to your controller or battery.
My controller stops charging when it is nearly at full load (100A).
If this happens, please contact our support team. You can find our contact information in the user manual.
